Event Details

Learn the science behind photography and construct a pinhole camera to create photographs! Students will view the first photographs as they look back at the history of photography, discuss how photography has changed over the last century, and make rudimentary photographs using pinhole cameras (supplied). This program has been organized by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and is supported, in part, by the Paul Mellon Endowment and the Jean Stafford Camp Memorial Fund.
